“ price exceeded our expectations…” Prior to selling our home, Gary & I attended numerous Col. Rene’ Brass Auctions. We observed the ever increasing numbers of people who had sold their homes using the auction method. After 2 years of using conventional methods and getting little or no results, it was time to Col. Rene’ Brass auctions. Immediately we knew this was the right decision. In 2 weeks there were many interested parties at our open house. In 4 weeks there were a number of solid pre-approved bidders, who knew the house was to be auctioned on this day. How exciting!! With in 15 minutes, the bidding was done. We were asked if the price met our approval. (We could accept or refuse this offer) without hesitation, we accepted, due to the fact the price exceeded our expectations. A sizable down payment (nonrefundable) was made and a closing date was set. Within a matter of days, from the time Col. The first time was in Argonne, Wi. when my husband’s parents passed away. My husband and his siblings decided to have their property sold by Col. Rene’ Brass Auctions. Due to the professional way in which you handled the sale, it was an easy decision to again ask for your services. In both cases, the properties required continued upkeep & expenses such as lawn mowing, snow removal, utilities, taxes, & insurance. It was very reassuring to know that when the date of the auction was set, an offer would be made with the closing to quickly follow instead of waiting for an interested buyer.
